working principle:
The scrubber is a two-phase countercurrently packed absorber tower. The gas enters the purification tower in a tangential direction from the air inlet below the tower body. Under the dynamic action of the fan, it rapidly fills the space in the inlet section and then evenly passes through the equalizing section and rises to the first-stage filler absorption section. On the surface of the filler, the gas phase reacts chemically with the substances in the liquid phase. The reaction products (mostly soluble salts) flow into the lower reservoir with the absorption liquid. Incompletely absorbed gas continues to rise into the spray section. In the spraying section, the absorbing liquid is ejected at high speed from the uniformly distributed nozzles, forming numerous fine mist droplets that are fully mixed with the gas, contacted, and continue to undergo chemical reactions. The two-phase contact between the spray section and the packing section is also a process of heat and mass transfer. The full and stable process is ensured by controlling the flow rate of the empty tower and the storage time. Exhaust gas from the tower body (reverse flow) for the purpose of gas-liquid contact. This method can cool the exhaust gas, remove particles, and purify the gas. The uppermost part of the tower body is a defogging section. The droplets of the absorbing liquid entrained in the gas are removed here, and the treated clean air is discharged from the upper end of the scrubbing tower into the atmosphere.
