Application area:

Mainly used in steel, automobile, daily-use chemical, casting, shipbuilding, pharmaceutical, tobacco, chemical, wood processing, ceramics, food and other industrial areas of the flue gas, soot and dust governance.

working principle:

During normal operation, dusty air passes through the inlet to the filtration work area (drawings). Dust collects on the surface of the filter cartridge. The generation of clean air from the center of the filter cartridge into the air box overflows through the outlet pipe. When the filter cartridge is cleaned, the electronic control panel automatically selects the filter cartridge to be cleaned (using time gap or differential pressure gauge) and triggers the solenoid valve to open the air diaphragm valve. The compressed air is injected directly into the cleaned filter cartridge by 0.5-0.7 MPa pulses. Blow to the center. The dust collected on the outer surface of the filter cartridge enters and discharges the silo under the action of airflow and gravity.
