Plug-in assembly line: A chain dragging tooling trolley is used to run a horizontal ring to perform workpiece assembly.

Differential chain line: special aluminum alloy rails are used as guide rails, and the speeding chain is used to drag the tooling plate as the transmission medium. Assembly line assembly mode, the number of stations can be set according to process requirements. The workstation is equipped with a foot switch, a power outlet, a station blocker, a process map board, lighting, etc. A linear jacking mechanism, a jacking rotary stage, etc. are provided on the line body, so that the entire process can be automated.
