Attention should be paid to the design of aluminium powder explosion-proof dust collector

When designing aluminum dust removal system, we should pay attention to the following aspects:

1) adopt effective ash discharge valve to prevent excessive dust concentration in the exhaust air of the coarse particle separator due to the failure of the unloading valve.

2) preheater waste gas should be used as a hot gas source if possible. The oxygen content in the exhaust gas of the preheater is very low, generally 8% to 10%. In this inert atmosphere, the aluminum powder will not burn.

3) prior to shutdown, the ash removal operation must be carried out before stopping the aluminum powder in the ash hopper and then stopping.

4) if the ash unloading valve of the ash hopper fails, it must be repaired at once, not waiting for the waiter, so as to avoid the accumulation of aluminum powder in the ash hopper and the occurrence of spontaneous combustion.

5) if the aluminum powder system is a double fan system, when the main fan stops and the dust collector runs, the heat engine can directly enter the aluminum powder bag filter through the short circuit of the connecting pipe to increase the temperature of the dust collector faster than the warning temperature. In order to avoid hot air short circuit entering the dust collector, the main fan and the dust removal fan must be linked up, so that the dust removal fan can not operate alone.

The aluminum powder bag type dust collector adopts fan blowback and dust removal. When the system works under high negative pressure and the negative pressure of the dust collector reaches more than -3000Pa, it can be done without using a reverse blow dryer. The imported air box pulse bag filter can also be used as aluminium powder explosion-proof deduster, but the filter material used must be used as anti electrostatic polyester needled felt dust bag and the other designs have the same attention.
