Low temperature plasma
Technical principle:
Low-temperature plasma is the fourth state of matter after solid, liquid, and gaseous states and consists of electrons, ions, radicals, and neutral particles. Low-temperature plasma products use the high-energy ion beam and electron beam generated by spiral microwave low-temperature luminescence technology to generate low-temperature plasma, repeatedly bombarding odorous gas molecules at a rate of 8 million to 50 million times per second to deactivate, ionize, and crack the exhaust gas. As a result of the various components, a series of chemical reactions such as oxidation occur. The principle of plasma treatment of exhaust gas is as follows:
1. After the plasma is energized, a high-voltage electric field of 15,000 volts will be formed. When the exhaust gas enters, it will be ionized, the molecular bonds will be broken, and the exhaust gas molecules will be decomposed into high-energy electrons.
2. Oxygen O2 is ionized into O- (free oxygen atom). Because the free oxygen carries the electrons and electrons unbalanced, they need to combine with the oxygen molecules to produce ozone O3.
3. Exhaust electrons are oxidized to CO2 and H2O by O3
Features advantages:
1. Wide range of applications: Suitable for most organic waste gases and odorous gases such as H2S and NH4.

Precautions:
1. When the working conditions are harsh, the front end must be equipped with pretreatment equipment.
2. The oxidation reaction piping must be reserved at the back of the equipment.
Electric field type:
Plasma electric field is the core of the whole equipment. At present, there are mainly three kinds of electric fields in the mainstream. They are line plate type, honeycomb type, and simple type. The high voltage of the electric field and the large ozone output yield the best results.
