working principle:

The unit is composed of a fan, a dust collector body, a sewage discharge device and an automatic control device; the fan is installed at the top of the dust collector and leads to the cleaned gas after purification. The dust collector body is composed of an inlet chamber and a net gas separation chamber to purify dust-laden gas. The sewage discharge device is installed at the bottom of the conical funnel of the dust collector to discharge the mud. The automatic control device consists of a water supply system and a control device.

The principle of the dust collector is that the dust-laden gas enters the precipitator from the inlet, and the air flow turns downwards and impacts the water surface. Part of the larger dust particles falls into the water, and the dust-laden gas passes through the upper and lower blades at a speed of 18-35 m/s.” In the S-shaped channel, a large amount of splashes are generated, so that the water vapor is in full contact, and most of the fine dust particles are mixed into the water, so that the dust-containing gas is fully purified. The purified gas is removed from the water separator of the defogging chamber and discharged from the fan through the net gas outlet. Due to the effect of centrifugal force, the water that obtains the dust particles returns to the funnel. The slurry is discharged regularly or continuously by the hopper's sewerage system. Fresh water is supplemented by the water supply system.

The water level in the unit is controlled by an overflow tank. When the water level rises above the overflow tank, the water flows into the tank and is discharged by the overflow pipe. The water level automatic control device installed on the overflow tank guarantees that the water level is 3 - The range of 10mm ensures stable and high efficiency of the unit and achieves water conservation.

The upper snorkel of the overflow tank communicates with the net gas mist splitting chamber so that both have the same height of water surface.

The water in the overflow tank is communicated with the communication pipe inserted into the lower part of the dust collector to keep the overflow tank stable.
