Multi tube impact dust collector

1) the overall structure:

The upper box includes: inlet and outlet pipes, distribution air supply pipes, two water retaining plates, sprinklers, centrifugal fans, etc. (type I does not contain fans).

The lower box includes mud bucket, inlet pipe and backwash nozzle.

Accessories include: electric putter, liquid level controller, solenoid valve and so on.

2) the principle of work:

The principle of the dust collector unit is detailed in the following diagram. When the dust gas enters the dust collector from the inlet, the larger coarse-grained particles are blocked by the baffle (1), and the smaller dust enters the box together with the air flow. At this time, the dust gas flows through the air supply pipe at a high speed from the nozzle, and the impact liquid surface hit a large number of foam and water droplets, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying and dedusting. After purifying the air, under the action of negative pressure, the water droplets in the gas are removed by the first baffle plate and the second baffle plate, and discharged by the fan outlet.
