Accumulated suspension conveyor equipment
Accumulated suspension conveyor is a new type of mechanized transportation equipment which was developed rapidly in the 1980s and developed in the mid-1980s. Compared with the universal suspension conveyor, the accumulated suspension conveyor has the following significant advantages.
(1) The carrying trolley can be automatically stopped at any position on the line as required, and can be started and put into operation at any time according to the instructions.
(2) When a car on the line stops, the subsequent cars will automatically stop and accumulate one by one.
(3) Intensive docking when carrying trolleys accumulates, which greatly shortens the accumulation distance of transmission lines and improves the effective utilization rate of the lines.
(4) Before the production station, the storage section of the trolley can be set so that the conveyor system can be elastically buffered, and problems in production can be predicted. Weak links can be found and compensation and adjustment can be automatically performed.
(5) Conveyor system not only can be continuously transported, but also has functions such as automatic address, automatic delivery, transfer line, stop, positioning, sorting, statistics, accumulation, lifting, loading, unloading, propulsion and rotation.
The accumulating overhead conveyor system usually consists of the following components:
(1) Drive device
(2) Tensioner
(3) Carrying trolleys (including front trolleys, trolleys, rear trolleys, connecting rods and load beams)
(4) Traction chain (detachable die forging chain)
(5) Carriage
(6) Tracks (including accumulation tracks, towing tracks and load bearing tracks);
(7) Turnouts (including straight tunnels, curved tunnels and overhauled roads);
(8) Horizontal revolving devices (including horizontal revolving devices for storage tracks and horizontal revolving devices for towing rails);
(9) Stopper, checker, catcher.
